Completely spontaneously, it became a morning meant for building a fort. We "decorated" with Emery's toys while she was taking a nap, hanging them from whatever we could under the dining room table. Then our "building a fort" went from one end of the spectrum of fort building to the other when we added twinkle lights.

the twinkle lights totally make it!!
I remember all the forts built under the ping pong table on the backyard patio. The secret note pulley system with the clothes pins was the best!
Twinkle lights? Secret note pulley systems? Not only am I jealous...I feel like I need to step up my fort-making skills!
